PENGARUH KONSEP DIRI DAN KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA AKADEMI REFRAKSI OPTISI DALAM ERA DIGITAL

Era transformasi digital pendidikan tinggi pasca-pandemi COVID-19 telah mengubah lanskap pembelajaran, menuntut mahasiswa memiliki konsep diri yang kuat dan kemandirian belajar tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri dan kemandirian belajar terhadap Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) mahasiswa dalam konteks pembelajaran digital. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi ganda melalui SPSS 25, melibatkan mahasiswa Akademi Refraksi Optisi Kartika Indera Persada. Hasil menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan konsep diri dan kemandirian belajar terhadap IPK dengan nilai Sig. 0,00 < 0,05 dan Fh = 30.168. Persamaan regresi: Ŷ = -288.915 + 1.145 X₁ + 1.402 X₂. Kemandirian belajar memberikan kontribusi dominan 61,22% terhadap IPK, sementara konsep diri berkontribusi 4,16%. Secara bersama-sama kedua variabel berkontribusi 63,6% terhadap prestasi akademik. Dalam era pembelajaran digital, kemandirian belajar menjadi faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi prestasi akademik, sesuai tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21 yang menekankan self-regulated learning dan adaptabilitas teknologi
