Abstract

The aim of this service is to foster cooperation between students at SD Negeri 066656 Medan. Apart
from that, cooperation is considered important because in Social Learning students are at a critical
stage of social development. Learning to work with others helps them understand how to interact
with different types of people, build healthy relationships, and appreciate differences. In Building
Communication Skills Through teamwork, they can improve their communication skills, including
listening well and expressing opinions clearly. This is an invaluable skill in all aspects of life. When
socialization activities are carried out, it can be concluded that in developing empathy, teamwork
helps students understand the feelings and views of other people. This teaches them to be more
empathetic and understand other people's perspectives, which are important qualities in human
relationships. In Problem Solving Skills Enhancement, when teens face challenges together in teams,
they learn to identify problems, find solutions, and overcome obstacles together. This is a skill that
will be useful throughout life. In Preparation for a Career, in the world of work, teamwork is a highly 

valued skill. Many jobs require individuals to work in teams or collaborate with coworkers. Having
experience in teamwork during adolescence can give you an edge in the professional world.
