Abstract

This service aims to find out how to make liquid organic fertilizer from vegetable waste to reduce farming costs for local villagers and find out how to apply this liquid organic fertilizer to horticultural crops such as vegetables, chilies, onions etc. This community service activity uses the lecture discussion method and direct practice of making liquid organic fertilizer from vegetable waste. This activity was attended by members of the farmer group, totaling ± 30 people. The results of this community service program provide special knowledge and skills to training participants to utilize rotting vegetables to be used as liquid organic fertilizer that can be used for their plants in Ajibuhara Village, Tigapanah District, Karo Regency. The results of this training are liquid organic fertilizers or known as Ecoenzym preparations. After the training, it is hoped that the participants will be able to make the liquid organic fertilizer themselves
