SOSIALISASI DESAIN RUMAH LAYAK HUNI BAGI MASYARAKAT DENGAN SISTIM ONLINE DAN OFLINE OLEH MAHASISWA MAGANG MSIB DI BALAI P2P SUMATERA II KEMENTRIAN PUPR MEDAN

Abstract

The Self-Help Home Clinic (KRS) service carried out by MSIB apprentice students in the Medan Tembung P2P area received a good response from the community. Housing and settlements are basic human needs and even the United Nations (UN) has affirmed housing as a human right. This is based on the principle that the right to life as the most natural right can never be achieved unless all the basic rights needed when humans live such as "the right to work, eat, housing, health, education and culture" can be fulfilled ( adequately) and available to everyone. Recognition of this is stated in various agreements and regulations both internationally and in Indonesia itself. Likewise, what has been carried out is a survey in the village of Bandar Selamat, kec. Medan Tembung received a n extraordinary response from the public regarding the free simple house design service from the Ministry of PUPR. Simple houses type 36 and type 40. The designs used are ArchiCad and SketchUp. The purpose of this study is to make it easier for the community to get services for the Self-Help Home Clinic (KRS) without having to come directly to the P2P Suatera II Medan Center. People can also get free services. The procedure carried out in this study was to provide outreach to apprentice students regarding Type 36 and type 40 House Design. Then provide socialization to MSIB batch 4 interns at Balai P2P Suatera II about creating a site that can be opened directly by the public. The output of this research is the design of type 36 and type 40 houses. And also a website that can be used by the community to discuss the problems of the Self-Help Home clinic and the community can also discuss about buildings according to the size of the land, all done for free.
