PENGENALAN KEPEMIMPINAN DALAM KEWIRAUSAHAAN PADA PANTI SOSIAL ANAK REMAJA PROVINSI SUMATERA UTARA

Abstract

As one of the nation's potentials that is very much taken into account, it is only natural for the teenagers of the Social Home for teenagers in North Sumatra Province to be able to show their identity that is able to bring changes to improve their welfare and the surrounding community. PKM activity partners are the Youth Social Institution for teenagers in North Sumatra Province. The problems faced by partners are from three aspects, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. Based on the three aspects of the problem, the solutions offered by the PKM team are leadership training, entrepreneurship seminars and training on the potential utilization of each of these youth. Schedule planned for the implementation of PKM for eight (8) months. The method of implementing this PKM activity is the development and empowerment of the younger generation which is carried out in the form of counseling, training and mentoring. The expected outputs are, firstly, increasing the role of the Adolescent Social Institution for teenagers in North Sumatra Province which are more productive, efficient for themselves and the environment, skilled, responsive and collaborative. Second, the creation of new MSMEs managed by the North Sumatra Provincial Social Service, and the third, namely increase the potential in the field of convection, make-up of processed products from various kinds of culinary as renewable energy.
