Abstract


Education about separating organic waste from inorganic waste was very necessary and important to be given from an early age. Early knowledge would increase awareness and affection for caring for the environment. The introduction and understanding of organic (waste) materials as well as simple technology for waste processing by reprocessing them into Eco Enzymes from an early age and high awareness will attract people's interest to go to organic farming and even to integrated farming and even to fulfill other life needs.

One simple technology that could be given to the community was introducing the use of Eco Enzyme which was the end product of processing waste from fruits and vegetables. The service aimed to socialize the manufacture and use of Eco Enzyme to the public. Therefore, this community service activity was expected to be able to direct the community produced Eco Enzyme products to increase knowledge, awareness and affection for community awareness to manage organic waste, especially fruit peel waste and vegetable waste.
