Kajian Perkuatan Struktur Bangunan Berlantai Enam Rumah Sakit Mitra Medika Tembung akibat Perubahan Fungsi Ruangan

Abstract

In the implementation of construction, the weakening of structure occurs very frequently. This condition is shown through the crack on the plate floor, on the beam or on the column. This structure weakening is frequently caused by wrong design, the change of the function of the building, or natural factor. To maintain the structure of building, reinforcing is very frequently done on the area of experiencing the weakening process.

The result of the experiment value was compared through numerical method to obtain the pattern of crack or the increase of load value that can be carried by the beam after being reinforced. That with this simulation, the writer expects that the reinforcement done to the beam especially the one with fricative crack can be accurately and well implemented.
