Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi melalui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, ancaman, untuk menyusun IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) dan EFAS (Eksternal Factor Analisis Summary) dan untuk mengetahui startegi pemasaran pada CV KMP setelah dianalisis dengan S.W.O.T (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threaths). Fenomena yang ada di perusahaan menghadapi persaingan yang sengit ditandai dengan bertambahnya perusahaan dibidang yang sama. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal perusahaan.
