Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan insentif terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner, sampel dalam penelitian ini 73 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan metode regresis linear berganda dan diolah menggunakan program SPSS 22.
