Abstract

NPM 2205030458 The Effect of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) Cooperative Learning Model on the Science Learning Outcomes of Students in Grade V of SD Negeri 106819 Salam Tanu, Academic Year 2025/2026 This study aims to determine the results of students' science learning taught without using the Numbered Head Together (NHI) cooperative learning model, the results of students' learning taught using the NHT type cooperative learning model, and to determine the effect of the NHT type cooperative learning model on the results of students' science learning in grade V of SD Negen 106819 Salam Tanı in the 2025/2026 academic year. This study uses a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental type. The research population was 36 students who were also sampled through a total sampling technique, consisting of class V-A as a control class (17 students) and class V-B as an experimental class (19 students). The research instrument was a test given in the form of a pretest and posttest. Data analysis used normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests (Uu-t). The results of the study showed that the average pretest value of the control class was 36.17, while the experimental class was 35.78. After being given the treatment, the average posttest value of the control class was 46.17, while the experimental class was 82.63. The results of the normality test showed that the data of both classes were normally distributed, while the homogeneity test showed that the data had a homogeneous variance. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the t-test value was -5.900 and the t-table was 2.093, so that t test> t-table, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence from the use of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) type cooperative learning model on the results of the science learning of class V students of SD Negeri 106819 Salam Tani in the 2025-2026 academic year.
